張宸瑋試圖從藝術創作中傳遞出:「在演算法驅動的當代,影像正以碎片化且高度密集的態勢重塑觀看慣性。」其作品延續對網路影像邏輯的關注,擷取社群媒體中圍繞身體差異、具強烈視覺衝擊的短影音素材,探究這些影像如何在脫離原生情境後轉化為可被消費的視覺形式。藝術家將數位影像實體化後,更能為其潛在的衝突與不適產生張力。作品本身的質感,企圖讓觀者探索出新穎的感知、體悟,重新思考在當代傳播環境下,自身與影像、乃至與他者之間的關係。

In an age driven by algorithms, CHANG Chen-Wei observes how fragmented, high-density imager y reshapes our habitual ways of seeing. The work draws from social media’s short-form videos―specifically those featuring bodily anomalies―to explore how such content is transformed into visual commodities once stripped of its context. By giving digital images physical form, the artist creates a palpable tension from inherent conflicts. Through this materiality, the audience is encouraged to explore new sensory insights and rethink their connection to images and other s in today ’s communication env ironment.
